What kind of data do I need to get started?
It depends on the engagement. For demand forecasting, at least 12 months of transaction or operational records helps significantly. For behaviour analysis, we work from whatever your team collects — purchase history, event logs, CRM exports. The Readiness Check is the right starting point if you are unsure about the state of your data.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The Readiness Check typically completes in 5–7 business days. Customer Behaviour Analysis runs 2–3 weeks depending on data complexity. Demand Forecasting engagements span 3–5 weeks. Timelines shift based on how quickly your team can provide clean data exports.
What does the deliverable look like?
Each engagement produces a written report — structured clearly for both analytical and non-technical readers. For forecasting work, you also receive the working model files and a walkthrough session so your team can interpret and update outputs independently.
How is pricing structured?
All three services are fixed-scope at the listed price. There are no variable charges based on dataset size. If your requirements fall outside the standard scope, we discuss that upfront before any work begins.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Data shared with Telvar is used only for the specific engagement you commission. We do not retain or share client data with third parties. We are also happy to sign a standard NDA before any data transfer if your organisation requires it.
Do you work with small businesses or only large enterprises?
We work with both. The key requirement is not company size but data availability. SMEs in retail, logistics, and B2B services are among our most common clients. The Readiness Check is a practical starting point for teams who are not yet sure if they have enough data to proceed.
